I ordered 600 pieces of Y-pipes and flanges. 200 pieces of the flanges (joint connectors) were missing the gasket donut. The supplier accepted the order despite the fact that they do not produce the materials. They refunded $400.00 and accepted because they stated that they will replace the gasket donut if they are able to locate a supplier. On items that are unlikely to sell, I spent almost $6K and lost over $2K. I don’t recommend.
No definite time given on when the donut gasket will be replaced.

First of all, We are much Appreciated for your great business to us! Also deeply Apologize for the troubles we have. Everything would be good if the out source gasket donut supplier did not shut down their business suddendly. That's really embarrassed us a lot Due to it's very special components on the market and can not find a new replaced one immediately. Its won't be happened if we did not misunderstanding that you don't mind about the missing 2pcs, But its 2pcs missing for in total 200pcs. That's really a bug and So sorry for our english.
Also, We now find a new way out to resolve it and i have massaged you at the same time, And we are definitely willing do something to compensate it if you are interested in our new designs.
